Jalang’o wins Langata MP seat as Nixon Korir concedes defeat. Jalas, a YouTuber and a radio presenter has won the Langata MP seat according to the results of 2022 general elections held on Tuesday 9th August 2022. Nixon Korir, the sitting MP of Langata Constituency has conceded defeat and congratulated Jalango for winning the elections.
On the other hand, Nixon Korir, MP Lang’ata congratulates Jalang’o and admits defeat. This happened when Generali Nixon Korir posted on his social media platforms congratulationg Jalango and conceding defeat.
Nixon Korir posted on his Official Facebook Page “To the people of Langata, I sincerely thank you for according me an opportunity to be your Member of Parliament for the last 5 years. Its been a great opportunity that gave me an avenue to contribute to our nation building and service to the people. From the results that we’ve tallied at the Generali centre, my competitor Jalango has a lead and I want to congratulate his as he prepares to take the mantle and move Langata forward. Siasa si chuki. God bless Langata.” moments after finding out that Jalang’o wins Langata MP seat.
